Elucidate

$6.00

Let me Elucidate: I love versatility. And with the Elucidate hat, it’s like you get two in one. Knit from the bottom up, this hat has a generous reversible cabled brim that transitions into lots of glorious, slouchy stockinette. However, if the day is extra brisk, the brim can be folded up for double thickness over the ears, converting the hat into a fitted beanie. Best of all, it’s sized from preemie up to giant adult!

Written for 8 sizes, this hat will let everyone in your family show their playful side.

What testers had to say:

  • “I liked the brim - it was just long enough to keep me interested, but ended before I was bored with it.”

  • “The cables were a bit fiddly with two needles, but I liked the final outcome - the cables really pop! and the reversible brim is awesome!”

  • “Really like the magical brim. This cable pattern is so magic. Never knit this before.”

  • “The brim took the longest to knit but so worth the look of the twisted rib (I love cables). The rest of the hat was an easy take along project that traveled with me on the bus and to the park.”
