Does Kino Knits offer pattern support?

Yes. If you have a question about a pattern or believe you found a mistake, please email kinoknits@gmail.com. Please also check out my knitting tutorial videos here.

How do I access patterns purchased on this website?

All patterns sold on this website are .pdf downloadable patterns only. You will not receive a knitted item, nor will you receive a hard copy of the pattern. If you would like a hard copy of my patterns, please purchase from Deep South Direct or ask your local yarn store (LYS) to carry my wholesale patterns from Deep South Fibers.

When you purchase from this website, you will see a “Download” button in your browser. Clicking on this button will allow you to download the .pdf to your computer (you may also have to choose a “Save As” location for your file).

You will also receive two emails. The first email will be an order confirmation, providing you with the details of your order. The second email will provide a link to download your .pdf pattern(s). When you click on this link, you will download the .pdf. The link to the .PDF download will expire 24 hours after you first click on the download link in this email.

Will patterns purchased on this website add to my Ravelry library?

No, only patterns purchased from my Ravelry store will add to your Ravelry library.

However, hard-copy patterns purchased through your local yarn store or as part of a pattern kit (acquired wholesale through Deep South Fibers) will come with a unique Ravelry download code. To add soft copies of those patterns to your Ravelry library, visit the pattern page on Ravelry, click “buy it now,” click “use a coupon code,” and enter the unique download code in the coupon code block. This will change the price to $0.00. Complete your purchase, and the pattern will automatically add to your Ravelry library.

I’m a newsletter subscriber and am looking for my free downloads. Where are they?

What is the Kino Knits policy on copyright and distribution? May I sell items made from Kino Knits patterns?

Kino Knits patterns may be downloaded, printed, and used for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be reproduced, sold, or distributed. We love when you share how much you love Kino Knits patterns, but please direct your friends to purchase the patterns themselves.

You may sell items made from Kino Knits patterns ONLY if the proceeds benefit charity. Kino Knits reserves the right to permit or deny all other sales of items made from Kino Knits patterns on a case-by-case basis.

Permission for other sales, class use, or translations must be approved in writing by Kino Knits. For questions, please email kinoknits@gmail.com.
